BDS NUI (UCC 1990), Dip. Restorative Dentistry (TCD)

Dr. Ruth Murphy qualified from University College Cork in 1990. Following postgraduate training and clinical experience in the UK, Cork, and Clare, Ruth founded Castletroy Dental Clinic in 1994 as the first dental practice in Castletroy. In 2000, she opened our purpose-built modern surgical facility in Castletroy Shopping Centre. Ruth holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin and is committed to delivering gentle, state-of-the-art care in a relaxed environment.

BDS (Liverpool 2005), Pankey Institute (USA), PGCert Restorative

Dr. Finbarr O'Sullivan graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2005. After working in the NHS and private practice in Ireland, he spent a decade practicing on Australia's Sunshine Coast, developing expertise in placing and restoring dental implants. Finbarr has completed three advanced occlusion programs at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Miami, Florida, and has incorporated 3D printing and digital imaging into Castletroy Dental Clinic.

Dr. Patricia McCoy studied dentistry at University College Cork, graduating with Honours in 1994. After 15 years in general dental practice in Kent and Surrey (UK), she returned home to Limerick in 2009 to join Castletroy Dental Clinic. A mother of two, Patricia excels at putting anxious and younger patients at ease with her gentle and empathetic chairside approach.

Louise Fleming graduated from UCC in 2011, having begun her dental career as a nurse in 2003. A finalist for 'Kin Hygienist of the Year' in 2021 and past President of the Irish Dental Hygienists Association (2014-2016), Louise has a special focus on pediatric preventative treatments and sensory-friendly dental visits.
